Organisations constantly seek the most talented candidates for placement and task execution. However, with the labour market being highly competitive, it is difficult to capture the right personnel for the specific job. The talent management review process within a department has to be a recurrent practice to ensure its effective application. Many organisations are struggling to thrive despite talent management policies and practices.
