This paper analyses the impact of financial literacy on the sustainability of female entrepreneurship in the cosmetic industry in Namibia. The objective of the study is to highlight the financial literacy challenges faced at the domestic industry level and at the regional, and continental levels. In the process of doing that, it is expected that solutions to the financial literacy challenges confronting female entrepreneurship can be found and adapted at the same levels to ensure the success of female enterprises in the African Continental Free Trade Area. The study adopted a correlational research design in which empirical data collected from the Namibian Cosmetic Industry was processed through the use of STATA 15 software.
